it’s a couple of days that I am trying to figure out how to correctly start snips.
I am not a english native speaker so at first I was thinking that my words was not well spelled for activating snips but after some test and trial I am now thinking that the main issue is with the microphone I am using.
It is a USB microphone connected via USB to the raspberry 3.
I setup alsa for listening the device and I record and playback what I recorded.
What I ear using just arecord is my voice with a lot of noise on the background so for me the correct command to record without noise is:
arecord -f dat -r 48000 -D hw:1,0 -d 5 out.wav
With this command I can clearly ear my voice.
I would like to know how can I ear the raw data acquired by snips in order to check that the sound quality is good, and also, there are some parameters that I can change in order to increase the sound quality of the audio recorded by snips?
